Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be Processed and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
4. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference, after verification.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
