- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take longer. Unexpected delays due to natural calamities, public holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above ₹999.
- A nominal delivery fee may apply for smaller orders.
Charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Customers can track their parcels in real-time until delivery.
6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
